Prep Snacks & Physique + Macro Updates

Simple blog today just to stop in and update y’all. Below are my current macros that I’ve been on for the last week and a half, my progress pictures, and info on my friend Kelly and my NEW SUMMER CHALLENGE!

[Posting some of my current snacks and meals at the end now that I’m lower carb]

Macros: P:120 | C:110 | F:35 [2 weekly refeeds of +50 carbs]

Cardio: 4 LISS @ 40 min | 3 HIIT @ 15 min

Training: 5-6 days a week [Starting April 30th I will be starting a new 8 week split! Kelly & I will be doing the workouts along side all of our challenge girls! We have limited spots left, so click HERE to read all about it & sign up!]

Check ins: I check in with Adam ( twice a week so we can adjust things accordingly as I get closer to show day.

pr1pr2pr4pr3That’s a 4lb difference in 4.5 weeks. It mat not seem like a lot in the scheme of things, but the pictures speak for themselves. I can see a huge difference in my core especially. After these pictures were taken, I also hit 2 new lows in the last two days! I hit 145, and then 144 yesterday! I’m chugging along this prep, with 7 weeks to go. I’m still shooting to lose 1.5lbs a week, which means I have a 10.5lb goal right now. It’s grind time, lets gooooo!

Turkey Sausage Sammy:

Natures Own Honey Wheat Bread, Great Value Turkey Sausage, Low Moisture Mozzarella

PRO TIP: Grill ALL your sammiches (10x better)


Egg whites, pico, turkey sausage, mozzarella, white mushrooms


Shrimp & Veggie Stir Fry

Shrimp, red and green bell peppers, squash and zucchini


Tilapia and Brussels

Tilapia, brussels sprouts, pico, laughing cow wedge

(I cook my brussels in the oven with fat free 1000 island dressing)


Premier Protein Bar

These are the only bars I like that don’t taste like wax to me. These taste like a thick snickers without the caramel. Macros are also pretty decent (P30 F8 C25)


Eat Clean Protein Brownies!

Macros are bomb and so is the taste. Brownies in prep? Yes please!
