8 Week Programs!

  • These programs are from previous challenges, now available for half off! If you have done one of my challenges and would like to do these, please email me and I will direct you to the ones you do not have.
  • These programs are not individualized and do not include coaching or email support (if coaching or accountability is what you are looking for, individualized training may be better for you).
  • These programs are great for anyone looking for muscle gain, fat loss, or increases in strength [you would alter your nutrition based on your goals OR I CAN DO THAT FOR YOU 😉 ]
  • Gym is required for Volumes 1-3
  • Workouts will take anywhere between 40-60 minutes, and are set up for 5 days a week with new workouts starting at week 5. (40 days of workouts)

  • Crush It With Caraline Volume 1 – $40

Set up in a progressive overload fashion designed to help you increase your strength while burning calories utilizing supersets and compound movements. You will also be setting yourself up to be maxing out on Squats, Deadlifts, and Hip Thrusts towards the end of your 8 weeks. All exercises in which you are intended to increase weight for are indicated each week. Gym required.

Set up in a progressive overload fashion designed to help you increase your strength while burning calories utilizing supersets and compound movements. Set up differently than Volumes 1-2, Volume 3 is based around your own accountability to increase weight where you see fit. You will not be maxing out in this program, but lifting heavier will breed success in terms of progress in the right direction. Gym is required. If you’ve done Volumes 1-2, they should help you with understanding how to increase your training volume.

These workouts are made for people who may not be able to get to the gym as often as they would like, or for those who don’t have a gym membership at all. This at home program coincides with Volume 3’s workouts, so they can be done along side your each other for when you can’t get to the gym, or as your full 5 day workout regimen at home. Dumbbells, a swiss ball, and a few bands (with handles, and small circle bands) will be needed. (all can be found on amazon or at dicks sporting goods for fair prices)

Macro Coaching

I will calculate your macros for you based on your individual information and goals, but no further coaching will ensue. This is a one time package, and is best for those wanting to know their initial macros and looking for a place to start.

I offer one on one, private volleyball lessons if you are local, or in or around the Orange County, CA area. I specialize in offense and middle blockers, but have 15 years of experience within the sport (as both player and coach) and can help you reach your full potential within whatever position you are trying to pursue.

I COME TO YOU! I do not have my own gym, but can come to your school gymnasium whenever they have open hours. That will be up to you to figure out your gym’s schedule.

Pricing is based off of time and travel to reach you with a starting rate at $45/hour.

Volleyball Specific conditioning, speed training, and vertical training also available.
